Prosperity International manager indicted
Prosperity International Manager Michael Burgess has been indicted on 42 counts of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud for two schemes – one of which promised to secure $550 million for Plymouth Rock Studios’ movie studio project last year.
